TikTok Shop UK Dispatch Rules, Explained for Sellers
Short answer
Under TikTok Shop's UK order shipping policy, you have two working days from the moment a customer places an order to confirm it, pack it, label it and (with Ship by TikTok) hand it to the carrier. Orders not handed over within seven working days are cancelled automatically. Late orders count against your Late Dispatch Rate, and poor delivery performance can bring fees and order limits.
What the UK policy says
From TikTok Shop's UK Customer Order Shipping Policy:
- Confirm, pack and label: within two working days of receiving the order.
- Hand to the carrier (Ship by TikTok): within two working days of the order being placed.
- Auto-cancellation: orders not handed to the carrier within seven working days are cancelled.
- Late Dispatch Rate (LDR): the share of packages, over seven days, that take more than two working days to reach "Shipped".
- Late delivery fees: can apply when on-time delivery falls below 70%, and may be charged even when the carrier caused the delay.

Why sellers miss it
The deadline is easy on a normal day. It breaks on a viral day. One video can bring hundreds of orders overnight, and a team that packs by hand from a spreadsheet falls behind within hours. Weekends make it worse, because Friday orders still count against Monday's clock.
How to stay on time
- See the deadline on every order. Sort by time left, not by order number.
- Print labels in bulk. One click for every ready order instead of one by one.
- Flag at-risk orders early. Anything close to the two-day limit goes to the top.
- Separate the exceptions. Out-of-stock items, address problems and payment mismatches go to their own queue so they don't block the rest.
- Plan for spikes. Know who packs on Saturday before the video goes viral, not after.
